How do you ensure plants stay safe during shipping?

We use custom-engineered, eco-friendly packaging designed to lock the pot in place and protect the foliage. Every plant is inspected for health and hydrated before it leaves our greenhouse to ensure it arrives in peak condition.

What is your policy on damaged or unhealthy plants?

We offer a 30-day 'Green Thumb Guarantee.' If your plant arrives damaged or dies within the first 30 days, simply send us a photo and we will provide a replacement or a full refund.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the continental United States and Canada to ensure the transit time is short enough to maintain the health and vitality of our live plants.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed for climate-controlled shipping, we are unable to make changes.

Will my plant look exactly like the one in the photo?

While we strive for consistency, live plants are unique individuals. Variations in height, leaf shape, and color are natural. We guarantee that the plant you receive will meet our strict quality and size specifications.
